Payment is due within two days. I find most people like to pay immediately, and that is fine with me. It keeps things simple.
Should you really like something and can't find the method to pay within two days, you may be asked to make a deposit in order to hold it for you. It's like a layaway plan. After all, this is a business and bills have to be paid for me too. I dislike any inventory being held around waiting for someone to pay. So, if you do have issues, just let me know, we can work it out.

Returns: Please contact me immediately for an unwanted item. Even if it is your fault, just let me know. You will be refunded if you send your item back postmarked within three days of your receipt, in the original condition. We have an RMA system, so in order to process your return effectively, you need to contact me to initiate the refund process. As always, Vaya con Dios.
